About School

Emmanuel Mission Senior Secondary School (Registered under EMMANUEL MISSION SHAIKSHANIK SANSTHAN) is a co-educational English-medium high school located in Jaisalmer, a town in the state of Rajasthan, India. The school is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The school was established by Father V.A. Samuel and his wife Mrs Sosamma Samuel in the border town of Jaisalmer in the year 1984 with motive to impart quality education. The school was started in a small rented space in the city and was shifted to its present location in the year 1990. The school was initially affiliated to Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan but in the year 2008 the school got affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi.


The school was founded by Father Rev.Dr.Samuel V.A and Mrs.Sosama Samuel in the year 1984. The school is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi with affiliation no:1730352. At present school is running classes from Playgroup to Twelfth.

In senior classes school is offering a Commerce stream with Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, Hindi, Mathematics, and information technology(IT).

Today school is completed on account of technology and infrastructure. On 25th June 2014, we have inaugurated our new state of Art Computer Lab. School has a fully furnished Science Lab. Big Library and AV room have a wide assortment of books.

EMS is blessed with a large play area with a Basketball court where the students' sports activities are carried out under the supervision of PTI.

On a sunny day an indoor Auditorium where different extracurricular events where conducted. Apart from it RO equipped drinking points at different places in the school campus. To ensure these facilities we provide Uninterrupted power supply with the electricity backup unit.

Every possible effort is made to keep the premises spick and span.

All the teachers are dedicated. They take pain to achieve a good result. For the Part many years we are achieving a hundred percent quality results at the secondary level.
